Introduction

This Refund Cancellation Policy describes how RadiumSign.com ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you using our website. We always respect your privacy & are committed to protecting your personal information.

We collect the information you provide to us when you use our website, such as when you place the order over our site This information may include your name, email address, phone number, and payment information.

Use of Your Information

We use your personal information to provide you services, process your orders and communicate with you. We may also use your information to improve our website and services, and to comply with legal responsibilities.

Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, rent or share any of your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information with third-party service providers who help us provide our services, such as payment processors etc.. We require these third parties to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal information.

Refund Policy

We do not refund any fees paid towards the issuance of a Digital Certificate after application Number Generation or the issuance of the Certificate. We may refuse to issue a Certificate to any person, at our sole discretion, without incurring any liability or responsibility for any loss or expenses arising out of such refusal. Upon a refusal to issue a Certificate, we will refund to the Certificate Applicant any paid Certificate fees, unless the Certificate Applicant submitted fraudulent or falsified information to us or failed to submit documentary evidence in support of the Certificate Application within 15 days of the application. In such a case, the fee will not be refunded. We will not entertain any claim for refund in case of any wrong data entry done by the subscriber which causes no or wrong data entry in certificate. Requests for refund of payment made to us must be done made within 5 business days of the date of payment. Your request for a refund terminates your rights to use our services and any related warranties. Refund of the fees you paid to us is the maximum relief granted in any event, including but not limited to computation error, printing error, filing error, filling delay, data leakage, security breach, data loss, or non-availability of services.

Order Processing Policy

Submission of required documents is compulsory to be done within 24 hours of placing the order. In exceptional cases, if the customer fails to submit the documents within the defined time, the order will be put on hold, but cancellation of DSC is not applicable if processing is done or dispatch/reset of token is applied. Further cancellation or termination will be subject to the deduction of processing charges.

***As an RA (Registration Authority) in the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) hierarchy, we are following the CA (Certifying Authority), which in turn is complying with the CCA (Certification Authority). Therefore, we are obliged to follow the policies of the CCA and CA. If there is any delay or requirements, we will proceed according to the instructions given by them.
