We do not offer refunds for any fees paid towards the issuance of a Digital Certificate once the application number is generated or the certificate has been issued.

However, in cases where we refuse to issue a certificate, we will refund any paid fees unless the applicant:

  1. Provided fraudulent or falsified information, or
  2. Failed to submit the required supporting documents within 15 days of the application.

If the applicant is responsible for submitting incorrect information that affects the certificate details, no refund will be issued.

 

All refund requests must be made within 5 business days from the date of payment. Submitting a refund request will terminate your rights to use our services and any related warranties. Refunds issued will be limited to the fees paid, and no further compensation will be provided for issues such as data entry errors, service availability, or security breaches.

 

  1. Order Processing and Cancellation Policy

Customers must submit all required documents within 24 hours of placing an order. If this deadline is not met, the order will be placed on hold. In cases where the digital certificate processing or token reset has already begun, the order cannot be canceled. Any cancellations will be subject to a deduction of processing fees.

As an RA (Registration Authority), we adhere to the policies of the CA (Certifying Authority) and CCA (Certification Authority Controller). In the event of delays or additional requirements from these authorities, we will comply accordingly.

 

  1. No Refund for Wrong Data Entry

We will not process any refunds if the subscriber enters incorrect data, leading to errors in the certificate. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate.

 

  1. Maximum Liability

Refunds issued by Radium Sign will not exceed the amount of fees paid by the customer. This refund serves as the maximum relief in cases involving technical errors, service delays, or security concerns.

 

  1. Refund Request Process

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days from the approval date. Any approved refund will be subject to a 3% deduction for payment gateway charges.

 

  1. Return Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds for any physical products. All digital products are final, and no returns or refunds will be processed.

 

  1. Dispute Resolution

If a refund-related issue arises that is not covered in this policy, we reserve the right to resolve the matter at our discretion.
